Destination Leadership empowers young adults in our program by equipping them with the tools and resources needed to build a bright and successful future. From organizing college tours and providing support with standardized test preparation to offering exposure to a variety of skilled trades, we open the door to endless possibilities. In addition, our O Champs Baseball/Softball program uses sports as a powerful platform to teach leadership, teamwork, and discipline to youth in our community.
